+ clean linen every day, loads of hot water in showers, good breakfast, excellent location in quiet residential street, very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

+ Bar open 24 hours, great location close enough to the parks and museums but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the seedy red light district. Staff were not overly friendly but were very hospitable.
- Rooms are very small and could become unbearably hot (esp in summer) as there is no air conditioning.

+ I do not find any negative point for this price, it is well connected and located in good location and the staff is very cooperative and helpful.
- Hotel is Ok, if will be better if a proper road from tram station is provided on the site.

+ I booked a room to go to the US embassy - and all rooms in the hotel were already occupied when I arrived - so the receptionist gave me the key to the apartment next door. That was realy fab - lovely apartment and I really enjoyed that ! All very clean and tidy, lovely place to stay. And very nearby the city center (Leidseplein) and Museumplein ! All I needed, could not have asked for anything more. The breakfast was surprisingly good quality - loved the orange juice, hot chocolate, boiled egg and variety of products. Will come back if the same apartment is available ! Many thanks for a lovely experience.
- The doormat in front of the bathroom is not comfortable to walk on if barefeet. Other than that, no minus points at all.

+ Extremely helpful staff. They gave us info and tips on everything we asked. Tip: After checking-in we parked at the Olympia stadion and took a P+R ticket.
Bed and shower were very good.
Breakfast was cosy, there was room for everybody and the assortment was varied. It was good to see a quiet Amsterdam street from the breakfast room in the morning. Location is excellent.
- No wireless internet in the rooms although especifically mentioned in the hotel info and key for our decision to book this hotel. I had to work with the laptop in the reception area.
Access by car to the hotel is now difficult because of roadworks in the JVLstraat. I had to phone the hotel to ask for directions and still it took us more than 30 minutes driving around to find the alternative access route. It could be easily described in the website to plan ahead.

+ The receptionist is very helpful. And the location is very good for shopping and reach the central station.
- the room is too small and the bed sheets looks dirty. Also, they did not change my bed sheets during my 4 night stay.

+ Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende locatie nabij Museumplein, Vondelpark en Leidsche Plein, schone kamer en uitstekende badkamer.
- Steile trappen, maar er is een lift. Kan wat hokkerig overkomen.
