The four floors of NEMO Amsterdam is a stimulating scene. Children of different ages have fun with giant soap bubbles and experiment in the chemistry lab. Grown-ups, with or without children of their own, have fun at NEMO too. It's hard to hold back when presented with all the gadgets and experiments.

The Studio

An off-site location at the Marineterrein. It presents a variety of programmes for adult audiences. You will need to reserve a seperate ticket.

Tickets

NEMO is a scientific museum where there is so much to explore that you don't know where to start. The museum can be crowded, so you can buy your NEMO tickets in advance.

13-99 years: €18.50

Facilities in NEMO

There are several cafés and if you prefer to bring your own food, snacking on it is allowed in assigned places.

NEMO is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:30.

How to get to NEMO Amsterdam

Walking: If the weather is nice, a walk to Amsterdam NEMO from the Centraal Station is a nice route surrounded by interesting architecture, piers and ships. Follow the signs of "Route Oosterdok".
Car: the nearest parking garages are Parkeergarage Oosterdok under Oosterdokseiland and Parkeergarage Markenhoven in Anne Frankstraat. Both garages are approximately a five-minute walk from NEMO.
