This funky and modern eatery is lined with couches and vibrant velvet cushions to relax on. The glowing white walls create a stylish atmosphere contributed by small square tables. Alongside the decor, the photography on the wall reflect Stout's modern theme with a naughty twist.
Open from 11am, Stout offer a lunch menu comprising of diverse sandwiches as well as breakfast options. Between 4-6pm you can enjoy a drink from the bar with something from their 'small bites' menu before their kitchen opens for dinner.
Stout's classy dinner menu changes every 6 weeks according to seasonal ingredients. Their kitchen provides a culinary adventure for those dining a la carte from the selection of starters, main courses and desserts. Alternatively you may choose a 'Stout Platter' where for 27.50 they serve 5 starters and 5 smaller main courses. Overall you can expect to spend about 40 euro for a 3 course meal.
They also have an extensive wine list following the owner's interest, and are the winners of 2004 House Wine of the Year in Holland.
Stout is worth a visit in particular on the 10th of September 2005 where you can take part in their New Food Fair experience. On this day Stout will set up 250 chairs outside their restaurant so that their customers can dine outside for the day. It is advised to reserve a table in advance especially if you wish to dine on a weekend.
